College Coaches

At AC Baseball/Cap Classic® Series, we are always looking for great baseball people to contribute to "The Ultimate Baseball Experience". We believe that the foundation of our tournaments starts with the people who help organize and oversee the event, and are excited to continue building relationships with our workers, coaches, teams, and families alike.

We are currently hiring Recruiters/Evaluators and Event Site Supervisors for the tournament season. Please check out the details of the position(s) below! Compensation for all our events is very competitive and we aim to treat all our workers as part of the AC Family! Our compensation packages include being paid in full at the conclusion of each event (W-9 form required for anyone making over $600 for the fiscal year) and hotel accomodations for those coming in from out of town. We do have a pay scale based on the level/divison of the coach ($150 per day = D1, $125 per day = D2, $100 per day = D3/JC/CC). We will unfortunately not be able to provide air fare, car rental, gas, or food for the duration of the event.
